Job Summary
Trust Officer responsible for administering a portfolio of trust accounts, including complex and high-value relationships, in accordance with governing documents, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Acts as the primary contact for clients, advisors and external partners; coordinates distributions, transactions and daily account activity; maintains audit-ready documentation; supports training and mentoring of Trust Administrators/Administrative Assistants; ensures compliance with BSA/AML and regulatory requirements; collaborates with Financial Advisors and clients’ attorneys on trust and estate matters; on-site at the Sioux Falls, SD office; base salary range $110,000–$120,000 with eligibility for annual bonus; comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional development. Education/experience requirements include a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Trust Officer (CTFA designation preferred).
