Job Summary

Manage a book of trust accounts by administering them in accordance with governing documents and policies, while serving as the primary contact for client and beneficiary needs. Coordinate with internal and external partners to resolve account activity, conduct annual relationship reviews, and assist with estate settlements and complex trust provisions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, attorneys, and advisors to expand the book of business and promote trust services. Stay current on fiduciary laws and industry trends to ensure regulatory compliance and risk oversight.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 related years of experience in trust administration, estate planning, or fiduciary services
  • Direct Client relationship experience and history of expanding relationships, as well as experience with prospecting/looking for new opportunities to grow an existing book of business
  • Some level of an external center of influence network
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Solid understanding of trust law, estate planning concepts, and fiduciary responsibility
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Client-focused mindset with a commitment to confidentiality and ethical conduct
  • Proficiency in trust accounting systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Desired Qualifications

  • Cannon or ABA accreditations preferred (specifically CTFA or CFP)
