Job Summary
Manage contributions for clients and disburse funds as directed, while maintaining all administrative activities for assigned trust, IRA, and estate accounts. Process distribution requests, incoming bills, wires, and tax payments, ensuring proper coding and regulatory compliance. Develop solutions to meet client needs and maintain relationships with attorneys, CPAs, and partners to retain and attract business. Supervise administrative assistants in trust administration duties and support business development efforts. Maintain knowledge of federal and state trust regulations, income and estate taxation, and their impact on assets. Occasional travel required to meet clients; mandatory five-day vacation.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED
- Minimum of two (2) years of financial management, accounting, or legal experience
- Occasional travel to meet with clients and/or close loans
- Mandatory Vacation: Position requires incumbents to be off work for a minimum of five consecutive business days
