Job Summary
Junior Legal Officer at Mercator by Citco assists senior lawyers in providing corporate legal services to clients based in foreign jurisdictions; prepares legal documents from company incorporation through dissolution for clients worldwide in accordance with legal requirements and deadlines; performs and/or monitors statutory filings with local authorities; coordinates with business partners, clients and colleagues globally to gather information and documentation needed to carry out assignments.
Required Qualifications

- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
