Job Summary
Product Associate within the Trust Product and Platform Team, responsible for gathering and analyzing data to drive efficient data conversion/remediation, performing data quality reviews on large datasets, creating and maintaining reports on address validation and ticket completion, developing analytics to identify trends and root causes, supporting audit readiness and workflow consolidation, and coordinating with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver program outcomes across lines of business and geographies. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years of relevant experience, along with strong analytical, communication, and project-management skills, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in product, operations, or program delivery
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and draw logical conclusions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Client-focused mindset with a results-driven approach
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Foundation in project management principles
- Experience in Trust and Estates or Wealth Management (preferred)
- Exposure to data governance and data quality frameworks (preferred)
- Experience supporting technology or platform transformation initiatives (preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills (preferred)
- Proven ability to lead workstreams or initiatives (preferred)
