Job Summary
Coordinate account documentation and manage administrative support for Account Managers/Trust Officers by establishing, maintaining, and closing accounts on the trust accounting system. Verify and process transactions, originate specific transactions, and monitor overdrafts, excess cash balances, and the timely processing of transfers. Ensure document and data integrity by organizing correspondence, filing documentation, and generating customer documents and agreements as directed. Identify and resolve daily account and operational issues while assisting customers, providing training to personnel, and contributing to committees. Monitor and reconcile daily balance sheets, coordinate incoming rollovers, and ensure compliance with Northwest's policies and Federal/State regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 - 5 years customer service experience
- Ability to establish effective working relationships among team members and participate in solving problems and making decisions
- Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to the audience, whether oral or written
- Ability to actively listen to what others are saying to achieve understanding, sharing information with others and facilitating the open exchange of ideas and information
- Ability to establish courses of action for self to accomplish specific goals, develop and use tracking systems for monitoring own work progress, and effectively use resources such as time and information
- Ability to make right decisions based on perceptive and analytical processes, practicing good judgment in gray areas
- Ability to work with PC's, word processing and spreadsheets
- Skill in telephone etiquette
- Clerical aptitude
