Job Summary
Trust Compliance Specialist responsible for assessing and enhancing trust compliance programs, identifying compliance gaps in trust policies and procedures, developing strategies to mitigate risks, staying current with evolving trust regulations, collaborating with trust operations to ensure internal controls, supporting trust examinations and audits with documentation, and communicating issues to management with recommendations for corrective actions.
Required Qualifications
- Seven years of experience in trust operations or administration
- Deep understanding of trust regulatory compliance
- CFIRS designation preferred but not required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build effective relationships with colleagues at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to present complex information to senior management and board committees
- Support for reimbursement for relevant coursework and certifications
