Trust Associate (Private Client)

Job Summary
Administer a portfolio of trusts with billable time averaging 5.5 hours per day, conducting trust reviews, investment reviews, and ongoing-transaction monitoring. Review and understand trust financial statements, bank statements, and all appropriate correspondence within 3 working days. Ensure billing and collection of receivables while maintaining accuracy in trust records, files, and computer databases. Liaise with intermediaries including corporate administrators, bankers, protectors, investment managers, and beneficiaries to address client needs and hold meetings as required.
Required Qualifications
- Formal trustee qualification (TEP or ICSA) or other related university or tertiary qualification
- A minimum of 5 years' trust administration experience demonstrating the ability to use initiative and work independently
- Broad knowledge of trust and estate administration, including corporate trusts, together with accounting and investment knowledge
