Job Summary
Lead and shape affluent fraud strategy within JPMorgan Chase's Trust and Security function for Consumer and Community Banking. Responsible for developing loss-line trend analyses, root-cause investigations, and strategy adjustments to minimize losses while maintaining optimal customer experience. Partner with fraud prevention and business operations teams to optimize rule performance, translate complex data insights into compelling executive narratives, and drive informed decision-making through governance forums and regulatory engagements. Develop and maintain deep understanding of Business Banking Lending risks, stay current with industry best practices, and collaborate with senior leaders to align risk strategies across the firm.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy, risk management, data analytics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and concise narratives
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to senior leaders
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
