Job Summary
Provide 1-on-1 telehealth or onsite mental health support for clients addressing clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction. Partner with the internal clinical team to improve client programs. Requires a Master's Degree in Counselling or Clinical Psychology, with 300 hours of post-qualification counselling or therapy experience. Applicants must be skilled in evidence-based therapy techniques and hold valid licenses.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 300 hours of counselling experience post qualification & practicum/placement/internship for Counsellor
- Minimum 300 hours of Clinical/Therapy experience post qualification & practicum/placement/internship for Clinical Psychologist
- Must hold valid and active licenses applicable to the country of practice
- Skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or other evidence-based approaches
- Proficiency in English and local language
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience with EAP, adult counseling, or coaching managerial roles
- Openness to occasional onsite work
