Job Summary
Tax attorney focusing on estate, gift, GST, and income tax planning for high-net-worth individuals and family-owned businesses. Responsibilities include advising clients on wealth transfer and asset protection, structuring and implementing succession plans for closely held and family-owned businesses, drafting and reviewing advanced planning documents and transactional agreements, and collaborating with CPAs, wealth advisors, family offices, and other trusted advisors. Stay current on tax law developments and identify planning opportunities for clients. Qualifications include a J.D. from an accredited law school, active bar license in good standing, 3+ years of estate/tax/trust/succession planning experience; LL.M. in Taxation is a plus.
