Job Summary

Review and administer a portfolio of complex fiduciary accounts in accordance with governing documents, ensuring each account operates effectively. Manage client relationships by fully understanding their needs, maintaining regular contact, and proactively driving asset re-discovery while delivering an excellent overall experience. Profile clients to establish goals, objectives, and risk parameters, and ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and internal policies by tracking updates and documenting exceptions. Lead and mentor other account administrators, providing guidance and support to ensure effective team collaboration and achievement of departmental goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of trust administration experience
  • Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school
  • 3+ years of trust administration experience
  • Demonstrated experience administrating complex fiduciary accounts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications

  • CFP designation
  • Similar professional designation
