Job Summary
Support fiduciary account administration by reviewing documents for accuracy, monitoring transactions, and submitting actions for approval. Respond to client, beneficiary, and advisor inquiries to resolve routine requests regarding distributions, fees, and account matters. Partner with senior team members to address client issues, manage account openings and closings, and ensure proper documentation and tax reporting setup. Ensure adherence to fiduciary, regulatory, and internal policy requirements while escalating issues as appropriate. Participate in initiatives to improve operational efficiency and enhance service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of experience in trust administration, financial services, or a related client service role
- Basic understanding of trust administration principles and fiduciary responsibilities
- Ability to review documentation and monitor account activity with accuracy
- Ability to support client and partner needs in a professional and timely manner
- Understanding of policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Clear written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders
