Trust Administrative Assistant

Job Summary
Answer phones using professional etiquette, greet clients in person, and direct them to appropriate personnel. Scan and archive file documents, assist with distributing tax forms, and make appointments for Trust Officers. Create correspondence with employees and clients, research projects and problems, and assist with annual account reviews. Handle Farm inspections, Real Estate, and Minerals, while receiving client mail and paying bills. Prepare distribution calculations and research outstanding Unclaimed Property with the State of North Dakota. Assist with client meetings and accept other duties as assigned. Maintain confidentiality and attention to detail while working under pressure.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent

- Experience using Microsoft Office Suites
- Strong ethics in protecting confidentiality of client records
- Occasional evening/weekend work
- Some travel

- General knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping background
