Job Summary
Trust Administrative Assistant responsible for supporting Trust Officers in Wealth Management by handling administrative duties, reviewing trust agreements, preparing correspondence, meeting with clients, processing deposits/disbursements/account transactions, opening/closing accounts, monitoring tax return remittance, verifying insurance on trust properties, coordinating real estate appraisals and valuations, assisting with trust reviews, monitoring daily transaction and cash ledger reports, processing mail, imaging/trust-document filing, and processing oil and gas revenue checks. Requires strong communication, proficiency in MS Office, basic accounting knowledge, and detail-oriented organizational skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office equipment
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
