Job Summary
Assist in building high-quality trusses for residential and commercial construction by preparing truss assembly, following instructions, and maintaining a safe work area. The role includes physical labor with the ability to lift heavy items and work in outdoor conditions. Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have at least 6 months of production experience.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months production experience preferred
- Completion of high school/college carpentry or wood shop classes a plus
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Ability to listen, take direction and learn
- Ability to understand, write and read basic English
- Basic math skills
- Ability to read and utilize tape measure
- Ability to work with hammer/nail gun/staple gun/power saws
