Job Summary
Truss Assembler I responsible for laying out truss supplies, assembling components under line leaders, loading and banding finished materials, reading shop drawings to identify plate sizes and nail patterns, operating necessary equipment, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. Duties include stocking lumber and plates, receiving materials, monitoring inventory, adhering to attendance and safety policies, providing customer service, and supporting production workflows. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent; prior carpentry experience preferred; ability to read a tape measure and operate basic shop equipment.
Required Qualifications

- Prior carpentry experience preferred
- Must be able to read a tape measure
- Ability to learn to operate routers, saws, presses, and staple guns
