Truss Assembler I responsible for laying out and assembling truss components, stocking lumber and plates, and banding finished products. Reads shop drawings to identify plate sizes, gauges, and bolt patterns; assists with stacking order and inventory; operates assembly equipment; emphasizes safety and maintains organized bays. Maintains attendance and contributes to a positive work environment, with opportunities for higher-level roles (TRUSS2/3/LD) based on experience.
