Truss Assembler (2nd Shift | 1p-11p | Mon-Thur)

Job Summary
Assemble roof and floor trusses utilizing automated machinery and robotics on a 2nd shift (1p-11p), Monday-Thursday, to build according to blueprints. Responsibilities include operating and monitoring automated truss-building equipment, ensuring precise placement of pre-cut boards, placing reinforcement plates, hammering joints, performing quality checks, and maintaining a safe workspace. Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb 2.5-3 ft, basic math, and familiarity with hand/power tools and reading building plans/digital schematics; experience with automated systems is a plus. Required Qualifications
- Operate and monitor automated truss-building machinery
- Verify precise positioning of pre-cut boards according to blueprint specifications
- Lift up to 50 lbs and climb 2.5-3 ft repeatedly
- Basic mathematical skills
- Follow Line Leaders' instructions
- Place metal reinforcement plates over connecting joints
- Swing a hammer to connect parts at joints
- Perform quality checks and verify dimensions and accuracy of robotic assembly
- Maintain a safe and neat work area
- Experience with hand and power tools; preferred experience with automated machinery or robotic systems; ability to read building plans and digital schematics
