Direct the implementation of technical recall programs and product recall campaigns according to schedule. Support the establishment and development of new service workshops. Resolve operational issues beyond distributor authority by collaborating with relevant departments to find suitable solutions. Partner with teams to handle customer complaints regarding repair quality and after-sales service. Manage spare parts operations at distributors, including inventory control, organization, and optimization to ensure effective usage and repair service delivery. Requires 5-10 years of experience in after-sales, warranty, and repair, with at least 3 years in a management role.
