Job Summary
Oversee all staff and direct care issues and services, ensuring effective leadership-based management of the program with an emphasis on high quality care delivered in a cost-effective manner. Manage daily operations for youth and their families throughout Virginia within the LifeBridge Continuum of Care, fostering team loyalty and ownership while maintaining a drug-free, safe workplace. This role supports Intercept Health's mission to redefine the group home experience through collaboration with community partners, offering comprehensive health insurance, 401(k), and professional advancement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services
- Associate's Degree
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
- CSAC-A from the Virginia Board of Counseling
- Certification as a Peer Recovery Specialist for the State of Virginia
- at least one year experience working with adults with substance use disorders
