Job Summary
Truckload Associate responsible for tracking and following up on shipments, coordinating with customers and carriers to ensure timely delivery, answering phone calls and emails from customers, and making notes in our jShip software. Collaborates with teammates to find the best solution for shipments and thrives on problem-solving, teamwork, and a detail-oriented, multi-tasking work style. Experience in customer service is helpful; training programs are provided.
