Job Summary
Truckload Account Coordinator responsibilities include supporting day-to-day logistics operations with duties such as order management, appointment scheduling, exception oversight, customer quoting, and proactive customer communication. The role emphasizes delivering positive customer experiences, problem-solving under pressure, identifying and communicating service issues with teammates, and maintaining up-to-date customer SOPs in collaboration with the Account Manager. The incumbent will formulate customer quotes, support training for new team members, monitor KPIs to assess performance and drive continuous improvement, stay current on industry trends, and coordinate with Accounting to ensure accurate invoicing and settlements. Requires strong communication, time management, attention to detail, proficiency with Word/Excel and a TMS, and the ability to work independently within a fast-paced office environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of logistics or transportation experience preferred
