Job Summary
Porter / Shop Assistant in the Trucking Department: maintains cleanliness and condition of trucks and garage areas, washes exterior of fuel tankers and wash bay, keeps shop organized, moves vehicles for accessibility, tracks vehicles scheduled for repair, assists mechanic with maintenance and parts pickup, maintains appearance of corporate office grounds, ensures a clean and safe work area per Corporate and OSHA standards, and performs other duties as assigned. Requires HS diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, Class A CDL preferred, ability to lift 75 pounds, and comfort working outdoors; prior general maintenance (HVAC/plumbing/electrical) experience strongly preferred. Travel/field duties include test drives and related vehicle responsibilities; indoor/outdoor work in varying weather. trueNorth is an equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
