Truck Unloading/ Stocking Freights

Unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, assisting customers, and processing transactions in a Michaels store in Denton, TX. Responsibilities include delivering friendly customer service, helping customers locate products, ensuring fast checkout with cash handling, enrolling customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards, participating in Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS), and adhering to SOPs. Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production; complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, planogram (POG) duties, and in-stock optimization (SISO). Support shrink and safety programs; maintain a well-merchandised store and assist with the voice of the customer (VOC) survey. Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
