Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Accurately ring customer purchases/returns, count change back to customers, and process merchandise for the sales floor following established procedures. Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while supporting store shrink reduction goals and participating in safety awareness. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Capable of responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- Works effectively with peers and supervisors
Desired Qualifications
- Retail customer experience preferred
