Job Summary
Conduct timely ice delivery and transportation to designated locations while ensuring product integrity and DOT compliance. Operate vehicles, load and unload materials, verify inventory accuracy, and secure cargo safely as part of a two-person team. Monitor vehicle condition, report mechanical issues, and maintain accurate delivery documentation. Navigate local routes, communicate professionally with customers, and follow all safety protocols during physically active shifts involving lifting up to 100 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform physical tasks for full shift duration
- Familiarity with local routes and safe vehicle operation standards
- Experience with cargo handling and basic inventory verification
- Proficiency in using commercial vehicles and mobile tracking or scanning tools
- Clear verbal and written communication skills for customer and team interaction
- Dependable attendance and ability to follow safety and performance protocols
- Holds a valid Class B CDL license and maintains a clean driving record
- Knowledgeable of local geographic routes and navigation best practices
- Follows scheduled deliveries and traffic laws while maintaining professional conduct
- Skilled at loading/unloading products and confirming delivery accuracy
