Job Summary
Truck Sales Assistant responsible for the delivery and pickup of commercial vehicles for the Service Department(s). Provide exceptional customer service, project a professional image, and ensure on-time delivery. Duties include checking lot and log-out truck locations, battery log/charging (EV, Diesel), daily sales/RO updates, check in/out trucks, coordinate delivery prep (wash, inspect, fuel), deliveries approved by GM, and lot organization, while representing the Company professionally in interactions with customers. Requires high school education or equivalent, and CDL with qualifying MVR; preferred experience in direct customer-facing sales and basic Microsoft Office skills. The role emphasizes independent work and strong communication and organizational abilities.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- High school graduate, GED, or 1 year of work experience
- Valid Commercial Driver License, and qualifying MVR
- 1 year of direct customer-facing sales experience
