Job Summary
Diagnose and repair vehicles coming into the shop, provide roadside service, and carry out routine maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements. Conduct in-depth vehicle inspections of all systems, including engine, transmission, and brakes. Create repair estimates and timelines while maintaining accurate shop records and paperwork. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Communicate clearly with customers to explain vehicle issues and provide valuable advice.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Clean driving record
- Drug test/DOT physical

- CDL (Preferred or willing to obtain)
