Job Summary
Supervise project vehicle fleet, administer fuel/maintenance programs, evaluate agreements related to fleet & equipment, assist with negotiation of project rental, lease, and purchase agreements. Ensure compliance with licensing & titling, generate fleet reports, and assist with equipment budget preparation. Requires an Associate degree, 3 years of fleet logistics experience, and strong computer skills. Experience with maintenance management systems is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing fleet & equipment logistics
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with HCSS software or other computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite (with an emphasis on Excel)
- Previous experience with rental/lease contracts and COI’s
- Understanding of construction, fleet & equipment terminology
- Goal oriented
- Strong interpersonal skill to collaborate with the purchasing, warehouse, fleet, equipment, accounting, and the project controls teams in a group environment
- Organization ability – able to plan, prioritize, organize, and monitor activities and projects
