Job Summary
Conduct nightly warehouse operations by performing all loading crew duties, ensuring trucks are loaded according to procedures and deadlines. Model company policies and procedures while working with the Quality Assurance Team to verify Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety compliance. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse environment. Requires adherence to all company policies, procedures, and trainings. Must be able to stand, walk, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and work in tight, dim places or heights. Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds regularly, 50 pounds frequently, and 100 pounds occasionally. Needs close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth vision with focus adjustment ability. 1+ year warehouse experience preferred; food industry experience preferred. High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
