Job Summary
Truck Hydraulics Technician responsible for custom fabrication of customer trucks, including installation, testing, and diagnosis of hydraulic components (pumps, valves, cylinders, hoses, filters) and hydraulic systems (open/closed center, EPC valve sections). Use diagrams and prints for truck build-up, communicate with Team Leader and Operations Manager to identify parts/materials, collaborate with customers, and contribute to continual process improvement. Duties include parts delivery, pickup, and occasional janitorial tasks; 10-hour shifts Monday–Friday with two Saturdays a month (7am–5pm; 7am–11am on Saturdays). Desired skills include understanding truck build-up processes, hydraulic systems, reading schematics, safe operation of tools, and basic computer/software proficiency. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current regular driver’s license
- Forklift operator certification
- Overhead crane operator certification
