Job Summary
Overnight security officer responsible for conflict resolution and de-escalation, reporting safety issues and hazardous conditions, ensuring post orders are followed and rounds completed, and maintaining vigilance while interacting with clients and guests. Requires 18+ with a High School Diploma or GED (or ability to obtain GED within 6 months), strong computer/tech skills, and excellent communication. Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience is preferred. Must stay calm under pressure, pay attention to detail, and be able to respond to emergencies with sound judgment. Willingness to participate in pre-employment screening (drug screen and background check) and to fulfill duties typical for on-site security roles. Candidates should be prepared for an overnight shift (12AM–8AM) in Omaha, NE.”,
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED or ability to obtain GED within 6 months
- Above average computer / technology skills
- Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience preferred
- Impeccable customer service and team leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- Must have the ability to walk up to 2 miles and climb stairs
- Must pass a motor vehicle background check
- Must be willing to participate in the company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
