Job Summary
Move trucks and trailers around the property to keep raw material dumped safely and on time. Ensure a steady flow of material for consistent mixing, clean trailers after dumping, and position them in the holding lot for next-day routes. Maintain the Bartlett lift tractor and dock area cleanliness. Perform general facility labor while prioritizing safety according to all company rules. Work Monday through Friday with some Saturdays, rotating shifts from 3:00pm to 11:30pm. Tolerate high heat or cold temperatures in the production facility.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Manufacturing, industrial, or agricultural experience
- Prior experience in the operation of tractor and/or Bartlett lift tractor
- Basic math skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Able to follow oral and written directions
- Frequently required to walk, stand, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crawl, and crouch
- Occasionally must push, pull, move or lift up to 50 lbs
- Regularly required reach with hands and arms
- Tolerance for high heat and/or cold temperatures
