Leasing Team CDL-A contractors operating as independent owner-operators under Panther's exclusive lease program; team and solo drivers work with Expediter Services to lease-purchase a tractor with no money down and no minimum credit requirement, earning through weekly settlements and high-value expedited freight while setting their own schedule and staying as busy as they choose. Includes sign-on bonuses of $5,000 for solo drivers and $10,000 for team drivers; financing is through an independent third party; requirements include CDL-A with 6 months experience, age 21+, no recent DUI/drug convictions, and no felonies in the last decade; all drivers/owners are independent contractors.
