Job Summary
Leasing-team CDL-A contractor truck driver roles offered through an exclusive lease-purchase program with Expediter Services. Independent contractor setup with no money down, no minimum credit requirements, and flexible financing; team ownership path with weekly settlements, high-value no-touch freight, and sign-on bonuses ($5,000 Solo, $10,000 Team). Responsible for team driving, scheduled deliveries, and maintaining on-time performance under a leasing arrangement. Payments for the tractor lease are deducted from weekly settlements over the term, after which ownership transfers to the team. All drivers and vehicle owners operate as independent contractors. Truck and financing are provided through a third party.
Required Qualifications
- CDL-A
- 6 months minimum experience
- At least 21 years of age
- No DUI or drug convictions in the last 5 years
- No felonies in the last 10 years
