Job Summary
Exclusive to Teams trucking role offering a lease-purchase path. Team CDL-A contractors operate under an independent-contractor model with Expediter Services financing, earning through weekly settlements with 99% no-touch expedited freight. The program includes no money down, no balloon payments, and flexible financing; drivers set their own schedule and own the tractor after the lease term. All drivers participate in a team-based ownership model with pay bonuses for solo or team drivers and dedicated driver support. Truck and financing are handled through a third party.
Required Qualifications
- CDL-A
- 6 months minimum experience
- At least 21 years of age
- No DUI or drug convictions in the last 5 years
- No felonies in the last 10 years
- All drivers and vehicle owners are independent contractors.
