Job Summary
Leasing Team CDL-A contractors can work for themselves with exclusive lease-purchase options through Expediter Services, set their own schedules, and earn weekly settlements with no money down. The program emphasizes team ownership, 99% no-touch expedited freight, and a sign-on bonus ($5,000 for Solo Drivers, $10,000 for Team Drivers). All drivers/owners are independent contractors, with financing arranged via a third party; payments are deducted from weekly settlements until ownership of the tractor is achieved. Driver support is available 24/7/365, and fuel surcharges accompany the standard rate per shipment.
Required Qualifications
- CDL-A with at least 6 months experience
- At least 21 years of age
- No DUI or drug convictions in the last 5 years
- No felonies in the last 10 years
- All drivers and vehicle owners are independent contractors
- Truck and financing are through an independent third party
