Truck Drivers for Leasing Team CDL-A Contractors. Independent contractor team drivers participate in a lease-purchase program with Expediter Services to own a tractor. Roles involve driving across the country with a flexible schedule, 99% no-touch, high-value expedite freight, weekly settlements, and a driver-support team. Pay includes bonuses and top pay with no money down and financing through a third party; payments are deducted from weekly settlements for a defined term. Candidates should have a CDL-A and at least 6 months of driving experience, be at least 21, and meet other eligibility criteria. Positions emphasize teamwork and owning the equipment via an exclusive lease program; drivers can choose to work solo or as a team and control their workload and schedule.
Required Qualifications
- CDL-A + 6 months minimum experience
- At least 21 years of age
- No DUI or drug convictions in the last 5 years
- No felonies in the last 10 years
- All drivers and vehicle owners are independent contractors.
