Job Summary
CDL-A Driver Training Program with hands-on instruction to gain real-world driving experience. Trainees will be paired with an experienced trainer and receive instruction on safe driving practices, trip planning, inspections, backing maneuvers, and daily operations. Compensation includes $680 per week during training and average weekly earnings of $1,300–$1,500 after completing training, with weekly pay. Roles emphasize paid training, a mentor, and more than 200 hours of practical driving experience, primarily no-touch freight, plus ongoing dispatch and safety support. Opportunities exist to build experience and advance within the industry.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Completion of at least 120 hours through an accredited CDL training program within the past two years
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Stable work history
- Ability to pass DOT-required screenings and meet qualification standards
- Commitment to operating safely and professionally
