Job Summary
Load and unload cargo, record delivery details, and drive long distances for new orders. Fill up on fuel, clean the truck, and wash windows. Report incidents to a dispatcher, monitor road conditions, and follow all traffic laws. Inspect the trailer before and after trips, report mechanical issues, and keep the vehicle and equipment clean. Maintain a log of activities and adhere to accident procedures. Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience, pass a background check and drug test, and complete an on-site skills verification test. A current state-issued Class A CDL is required.
Required Qualifications

- perform a skills verification test on site before hire
- current state issued Class A CDL Driver's License
- 3 years of commercial driving experience
- Ability to interpret, read manuals, and write reports in English
- Ability to provide proper hand signals to crane and truck operators
- Ability to verbally communicate Safety issues to Customers and other workers on location before and during job task
- Ability to work at heights and use all PPE required for fall protection correctly
- Ability to employ physiological movements and actions associated with heavy work
- Bending, stooping, lifting, seeing hearing, walking, ability to lift 75 lbs., twisting, crawling, climbing, squatting, kneeling, sitting and standing
- Eyesight sufficient for operating a motor vehicle, inspection of equipment, and completion paperwork
- Hearing sufficient for telephone contact and interpersonal communication with Customers and coworkers
