Job Summary
Drive gasoline or diesel-powered delivery vehicles, occasionally long distances but within a 100 air mile radius, to transport and deliver equipment or materials. Operate tractor trailer combinations or other commercial vehicles to move loads, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering through narrow passageways. Inspect vehicles for defects before and after trips, perform general troubleshooting and maintenance, and submit condition reports as needed. Assist workers in loading and unloading, secure loads with ratchet straps, chains, and binders, and inspect materials for completeness and conformity to company requirements. Obey all applicable Federal, State, and local laws for commercial vehicle operation. Requires a CDL Class A license, Hazmat endorsement, and minimum one year of oilfield CDL driving experience.
Required Qualifications
- CDL Class A driver's license
- Ability to pass, as required, a CDL Physical administered by the company physician to maintain safe operation and retain license classification
- Minimum one year of oilfield CDL driving experience
- Hazmat Endorsement
