Job Summary
Delivery Driver responsible for positioning and moving trucks between locations, delivering inventory to Supply New England locations and customers, loading/unloading, and maintaining assigned vehicle. Supports warehouse duties during downtime and adheres to vehicle safety policies while communicating effectively with team and customers. Requires a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, DOT health card or ability to obtain one, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; forklift/RF gun knowledge is a plus. This is a full-time role based in South Yarmouth, MA with an hourly wage of $23.00–$25.00. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401k, PTO, holidays, life and disability insurance, and more.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Good driving record (required)
- Must have DOT Health Card and/or be able to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills
- Great attention to detail
- Professional, adaptable and energetic
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of commercial trucks and safety
- Familiarity with warehouse environment and logistics (preferred)
- Forklift and RF gun knowledge (helpful)
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
- Plumbing, Heating, and HVAC knowledge a plus!
