Job Summary
Truck Driver needed to transport Regal Boats’ products from manufacturing to dealerships and marine facilities. Responsibilities include safely loading, transporting, and unloading boats; conducting routine vehicle inspections and maintenance; complying with transportation and marine safety regulations; maintaining cargo paperwork (bills of lading, delivery receipts); coordinating with dispatch and marine facility personnel; communicating with customers and stakeholders; and responding to emergencies per protocol. Requires CDL with endorsements, at least 2 years’ CDL experience, ability to travel out of state, physical capability to load/unload cargo, and strong safety focus. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Compensation includes per-mile rates ($0.59 regular, $0.74 wide load), hourly unloading/loading rate ($17.50), and layover pay ($150/day). Required Qualifications
- Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements (e.g., Hazmat, tanker)
- Minimum 2 years experience as a CDL truck driver
- Knowledge of local and federal transportation regulations and safety standards
- Good physical condition and ability to lift, load, and secure cargo
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Able to drive out of state as part of regular duties
