Truck Driver

Job Summary
Operate a 1-ton truck with a gooseneck trailer in a safe and professional manner; perform local pickups and deliveries within Red Deer and surrounding areas; ensure all loads are properly secured, labeled, and transported safely; conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections; maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and mileage; coordinate with shop/operations team for daily schedules and priorities; assist with loading and unloading materials; maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the truck and trailer; provide support to the manufacturing team when not driving; Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day with occasional overtime; outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- Experience towing trailers (gooseneck preferred)
- Clean driver’s abstract
- Strong knowledge of safe driving practices and load securement
