Truck Driver/Operations Specialist

Job Summary
Carry out general labor responsibilities by preparing trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, sampling, loosening nuts, and attaching hoses. Load and unload agricultural inputs using machinery, conduct repairs and maintenance tasks, and monitor inventory quality. Deliver products to customer sites safely while ensuring compliance with all laws, including pre- and post-trip reporting and hours of service. Maintain clean work areas and vehicles, perform grounds maintenance such as snow removal, and operate forklifts in warehouse settings. Report customer complaints and safety concerns promptly to uphold a strong safety culture. This role supports local farmers and keeps rural America moving in Kindred, ND. Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of Operations and/or Trucking Operations
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English
- Must meet minimum age requirement
- Ability to lift 75 lbs
- Ability to climb rail cars, ladders, stairs and bins, and into back of trailer
- Ability to work in dust and adverse weather conditions and temperatures
- Ability to work additional hours and occasional weekends
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Maintain or be able to obtain a CDL and DOT medical card
- Hazmat, Tanker, and Air Brake endorsements preferred
- Valid Class A CDL preferred
- Agriculture background preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Bulk liquid, Pressure trailer, or Forklift experience preferred
