Conduct local, home weekly, and regional trucking for drivers with no CDL A experience, starting in OTR and logging 20,000 safe miles before switching lanes. Drive solo averaging 2,500+ miles weekly or team up to average 5,000 miles for increased paychecks. Operate under a lease purchase program with 24/7 Road Rescue backup or join the Driver Mentor track to earn incentives while training new drivers. Earn high starting CPMs with performance bonuses, including up to $.10 CPM for solo drivers and a 5 cent raise for teams after three months.
