Job Summary
Operate and maintain company CDL vehicles by safely driving daily routes between Moncton, Saint John, and Fredericton, ensuring all security and regulatory procedures are followed. Collaborate with operations teams and customers to deliver timely orders while preparing accurate paperwork and records for loading and transport. Handle physical demands including lifting up to 70 pounds and pushing bins weighing up to 350 pounds over inclines, stairs, and ladders. Complete one monthly trip to Edmundston with overnight accommodation covered by the company. Earn $26.5/hour with overtime after 40 hours and receive comprehensive health, wellness, and retirement benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age of 21
- Valid Class 3 Driver's License
- Consistently good driving record
- Successfully meet the background check requirement
- At least one year of route transportation experience
- Ability to lift at least 70 pounds
- Ability to push/pull bins from 25 to 350 pounds
- Ability to carry recycling bins over, up, and down inclines, stairs and ladders
- Ability to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods of time
- Strong knowledge of safe, efficient driving practices
- Demonstrable skills in customer service
- Clear verbal communication
