Job Summary
Drive day shift routes Monday through Friday starting at 6:00 am, delivering freight on dependable routes with professionally maintained equipment. Operate a Class A commercial driver's license vehicle for overnight per diem pay and home daily delivery. Handle heavy products using forklifts and pallet jacks if needed while maintaining safety standards. This role offers a 10-hour non-rotating shift for Shaw Industries, a Fortune 500 global flooring provider, with medical, dental, and vision benefits after 30 days.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 24 years old
- Class A commercial driver's license (CDL)
- Have a minimum of 2 out of the last 3 years of current commercial roadway driving experience
- 3 out of the last 5 years of commercial roadway driving experience
- Minimum of 2 years of applicable heavy military vehicle driving experience
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Be able to maneuver heavy products using forklifts and pallet jacks if needed
