Job Summary
Operate transfer and dump trucks safely and efficiently, delivering aggregates such as asphalt to residential and commercial locations. Manage end dumps and belly dumps with or without pup trailers and tarping systems while maintaining time and material records. Follow verbal and written instructions, communicate effectively on the radio, and connect or disconnect pup trailers as needed. Adhere to CRH safety policies and customer-centric service standards to ensure the safety of employees, customers, and the public. Maintain an incident-free driving record and possess a valid Class A CDL with double/triple and air brake endorsements.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid state commercial driver's license (CDL) Class A with double/triple and air brake endorsements
- Valid Medical Card as per DOT standard
- Incident free driving record preferred
- Ability to communicate using two-way radio
- Basic math
- Basic computer skills preferred

- Ability for maneuvering and backing with pup trailer
- Connect and disconnect pup trailer
